Unsere Mission bei Scable: Fabriken einfach erfolgreich machen. Dafür entwickeln wir eine SaaS-Lösung für Instandhaltung und Produktion, mit der Industriebetriebe ihre Wartung planen statt reagieren.
Im Vertrieb bist du nah dran an dem Teil, der über Wachstum entscheidet: Wen sprechen wir an, mit welcher Botschaft, und was davon funktioniert?
Deine Aufgaben
- Du recherchierst Zielkunden in Fertigung und Instandhaltung, qualifizierst Leads und pflegst sie sauber in HubSpot.
- Du übernimmst nach der Einarbeitung die Erstansprache per E-Mail, LinkedIn und am Telefon.
- Du bereitest Kundengespräche und Produktdemos mit vor und übernimmst die Follow-ups danach.
- Du verantwortest eigene Themen von Anfang bis Ende, zum Beispiel den Aufbau einer Zielkundenliste.
Your profile
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in. Welche Fachrichtung, ist zweitrangig. Ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium, etwa Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, hilft dir beim Einstieg.
- Du interessierst dich für Vertrieb, Software und industrielle Digitalisierung.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, gehst gern auf Menschen zu und denkst vom Kunden her.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fühlst dich auch im Englischen wohl.
- Erste Berührung mit Produktion oder Instandhaltung ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
