This role serves as a critical coordination hub between field teams and support functions — including Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain — ensuring strategic retail initiatives are executed with precision and that performance standards are consistently met across the network. The Senior Manager – Retail Operations France delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.</p> <p><strong>HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT</strong></p> <p>Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Team &amp; Leadership Impact</strong> (Build Championship Teams)</p> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary liaison between stores, head office, and support departments — including Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain — ensuring alignment, clear communication, and coordinated execution of retail priorities across the French network.</li> <li>Assist in preparing business reviews, presentations, and strategic meeting materials, enabling effective decision-making at leadership level and driving alignment across functions.</li> <li>Ensure proper circulation and organisation of operational information across the retail network, maintaining clarity and consistency in how priorities are cascaded to field teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the coordination of field visits, travel arrangements, and meetings for the Retail Director, helping to maintain strong connectivity between head office and store management teams.</li> <li>Act as a trusted relay between the Retail Director and store managers, fostering a culture of accountability, alignment, and collaborative problem-solving across the French retail network.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Fan &amp; Customer Impact</strong> (Obsessed with Fans)</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to maintaining high operational standards across all retail locations, ensuring every fan and customer interaction reflects a best-in-class experience across permanent stores, pop-up activations, and event venues.</li> <li>Support the follow-up of operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve disruptions quickly, minimising any impact on the fan experience.</li> <li>Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches that drive fan engagement and commercial performance.</li> <li>Act as a key relay between store management teams and head office, ensuring fan-facing priorities are clearly communicated and consistently delivered across the retail network.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Innovation &amp; Problem Solving</strong> (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)</p> <ul> <li>Collect, consolidate, and analyze retail data — including sales, margin, conversion rate, average basket, and stock levels — to surface improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions.</li> <li>Update and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools, continuously improving the quality and usability of insight available to the Retail Director and wider leadership team.</li> <li>Support retail transformation projects including store openings, refurbishments, and pop-up activations, bringing structure and analytical rigour to each initiative.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to apply digital tools and automation to streamline reporting, coordination workflows, and operational tracking.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ownership &amp; Execution</strong> (Determined &amp; Relentless Mindset)</p> <ul> <li>Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, KPIs, margins, and stock levels, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs that underpin commercial decision-making.</li> <li>Monitor the follow-up of store action plans and operational initiatives, holding accountability for progress tracking and escalation where required.</li> <li>Support the monitoring of selected retail department budgets and expenses, ensuring financial discipline and accurate record-keeping.</li> <li>Manage the Retail Director's calendar, administrative priorities, meeting materials, and correspondence, enabling the leadership team to operate with maximum efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI &amp; DIGITAL CAPABILITY</strong></p> <p>We are building a future-ready organization.
