Senior HR Executive
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
You will:- Be providing full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative duties.
- Handle full on-boarding and off-boarding process including new staff orientation and exit interviews
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment process
- Be responsible for work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related administrative matters.
- Apply for government-related grants and programs when required.
- Create an amazing place for people to work in.
- Conduct training programs for staffs
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Empathy - you know the impact of decisions on those around you.
- Superior organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to the little details.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Multi-Task
- Basic qualification or sufficient experience in HR.
- Bonus: Ability to communicate in mandarin as most of our installation team does not speak English.
- Bonus: If you can start working immediately.
- Bonus: Experience in Construction sector
