Das Institut PSI ist das grösste Forschungsinstitut für Natur- und Ingenieurwissenschaften der Schweiz. Am PSI betreiben wir Spitzenforschung in den Bereichen Zukunftstechnologien, Energie und Klima, Health Innovation sowie Grundlagen der Natur. Durch Grundlagen- und angewandte Forschung arbeiten wir an nachhaltigen Lösungen für zentrale Fragen aus Gesellschaft, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft. Die Ausbildung von jungen Menschen ist ein zentrales Anliegen des PSI. Deshalb sind etwa ein Viertel unserer Mitarbeitenden Postdoktorierende, Doktorierende oder Lernende. Insgesamt beschäftigt das PSI 2300 Mitarbeitende.

Bei uns ist viel in Bewegung. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet. Je nach Entwicklung der Aufgaben und des Bedarfs kann das Pensum nach Absprache angepasst werden.
Recruiting Specialist (60%)
Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Besetzung von Fach- und Spezialistenpositionen, von der Bedarfsabklärung über die Durchführung von Interviews bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
Beratung von Führungskräften und HR Business Partnern bei Auswahlentscheidungen sowie bei Fragen zur Einstufung und Lohnfindung
Gestaltung einer positiven Candidate Experience durch eine transparente, effiziente und wertschätzende Begleitung der Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-Standards, Interviewmethoden und Auswahlprozessen für eine professionelle und zukunftsorientierte Rekrutierung
Ihr Profil
Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld oder in der Personalberatung
Hohe Professionalität, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen in Deutsch und Englisch
Strukturierte, proaktive und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Aufbau sowie an der Pflege von Netzwerken
