Leitung Qualitätsmanagement / Qualitätswesen (m/w/d)
Unser Auftraggeber ist ein international erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen aus dem Bereich Pumpen-, Dosier- und Systemtechnik. Am Standort in der Nähe von Würzburg werden technisch anspruchsvolle Produkte und Lösungen für unterschiedliche industrielle Anwendungen entwickelt und produziert.
In der Funktion als Leiter*in des Qualitätswesens übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement und die Qualitätssicherung und führen ein kleines Team an zwei deutschen Standorten.
Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Qualitätswesens
- Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Anforderungen nach DIN EN ISO 9001 und ISO 14001
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner sowie Begleitung externer Audits
- Verantwortung für Zertifizierungen und die zugehörige Dokumentation
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Koordination und Überwachung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Einkauf und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, Technikerabschluss oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. Qualitätswesen eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, insbesondere ISO 9001
- Erfahrung mit internen und externen Audits
- Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert, alternativ bringen Sie die Motivation und Persönlichkeit für den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsaufgabe mit
- Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Qualität gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen pragmatisch weiterzuentwickeln
- sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch
