Desktop Support Engineer (Onsite, Norderstedt, L1/L2 support, Deutsch)

Derzeit suchen wir einen Desktop Support Technician für den Onsite-Einsatz in Norderstedt zur Unterstützung von Endanwendern in einem professionellen und regulierten Umfeld.
Aufgabenbereich
- Bereitstellung von First- und Second-Level-IT-Support (Hardware, Software, mobile Geräte und Peripherie)
- Erste Ansprechperson vor Ort für IT-Anliegen der Endanwender
- Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests über ein Ticketsystem (ServiceNow)
- Schnelle und professionelle Unterstützung der Benutzer (Desk-Side und Remote)
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung beim IT-Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter (Geräteeinrichtung und kurze Einweisung)
- Pflege und Erweiterung der Knowledge-Base-Dokumentation
- Unterstützung bei Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Services
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie kommunikative Englischkenntnisse
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Onsite-Support
- Ausgeprägte Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten im Windows-Umfeld und mit gängigen IT-Tools
- Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. ServiceNow)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig in einem Onsite-Kundenumfeld zu arbeiten
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen (z. B. GxP) ist von Vorteil
- Möglichkeit, einen aktuellen Strafregisterauszug (nicht älter als 3 Monate) vorzulegen
- Breites Spektrum an Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
