Our mission is to power and grow our clients’ Wealth franchises through differentiated experiences, financial solutions, and insights. Our digital wealth management platform- will enable banks and other financial institutions in the Middle East to grow and further penetrate affluent, HNW and UHNW investor segments.
While still leveraging the capabilities and knowledge of large organizations, our fintech is a startup with truly cross-functional and agile teams.

Role description and responsibilities
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you're where our platform meets the real-world. You'll work directly with clients to tackle their toughest technical challenges, implementing solutions that don't just work in theory - they work in production. From owning adapter development to collaborating with internal teams on core feature development, you'll ensure our platform delivers real value to clients. Operating with startup-level freedom on enterprise-scale problems, you'll manage the complete technical relationship with clients. This means everything from decoding their business constraints into technical specs to orchestrating seamless deployments in their unique environments. The field intelligence you gather doesn't just inform our roadmap - it drives it, creating a feedback loop between client needs and platform evolution. This role is perfect if you crave variety and want to see your technical work create immediate, tangible impact for real businesses..
Client Engagement
- Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery for specific clients
- Run technical calls, reviews, and sign-offs with client teams
- Translate technical constraints into internal requirements and collaborate with clients to develop feasible implementation strategies
- Travel to client sites as needed (<20% travel expected)
Technical Implementation
- Lead client-specific adapter implementation in customer environments
- Make architectural decisions within defined scope and escalate platform-level concerns to Principal Engineers
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, POs, and TLs on client-requested core feature implementation guidance, prioritization, and validation
- Work with infrastructure teams on deployments, release validation, multi-tenancy design, and deployment strategy
Knowledge & Process Development
- Contribute field insights to product development
- Push to build reusable solutions for common patterns
- Contribute to build our document repository of best practices and learnings to create codified assets (technical documentation) we can use for future clients (e.g. SSO integration, infrastructure sizing, API auth, CI/CD process, etc.)
- Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages and scripting - our current stack includes TypeScript and go. While you won't be required to design and code core systems or drive product feature development, you'll need the experience to be able to contribute to client specific adapters through data mapping, API integrations and tenant configuration.
- Experience debugging cloud-native environments - familiarity with relational databases, Kubernetes, durable execution (Temporal), logs, and traces
- Ownership mindset and accountability for client success
- Excellent communication skills for technical calls and client interactions
- Collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external clients
- Ability to translate technical constraints into business requirements and vice versa
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound escalation judgment
- Proven track record in client-facing roles preferred, but candidates with strong technical skills and desire to work on the frontlines are also welcome
- Consulting, agency, or startup background is an advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in rapidly changing environments
- Background in production environment implementation and troubleshooting
