Identify internal champions, navigate corporate politics, manage structural blockers, and drive measurable user adoption and organizational change.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Strategy &amp; AI Use Case Scoping:</strong> Work closely with C-level stakeholders to answer high-stakes questions: How can AI reshape their business models? How should they govern data? You don't just advise; you help evaluate model choices, discuss data privacy trade-offs, and conceptualize technical feasibility.</li> <li><strong>Drive Business Growth:</strong> Actively drive the growth of our German practice. Take ownership in lead generation and pipeline conversion by engaging prospective clients, shaping proposals, and leading pre-sales and key-account expansion initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Thought Leadership &amp; Advocacy:</strong> Represent Artefact's AI Transformation perspective externally. Advance our voice in enterprise AI through expert discussions, content creation (e.g. LinkedIn, whitepapers), and opinionated, hands-on perspectives on applied AI trends and real-world adoption pathways.</li> <li><strong>Advance the Practice:</strong> Evolve our methodologies, tools, and frameworks to keep our offering state-of-the-art. A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects is essential.</li> <li><strong>Transformation &amp; Change Management:</strong> Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs, with the ability to manage executive stakeholders, navigate corporate politics, and embed AI capabilities within client organizations.</li> <li><strong>AI Fluency &amp; "Builder Mindset":</strong> Strong fluency in modern and applied AI (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, agentic systems, automated workflows). While you don't need to be a full-time programmer, you have a hands-on understanding and can credibly demo working AI concepts and discuss data privacy and technical constraints.</li> <li><strong>Analytical &amp; Technical Acumen:</strong> Knowledge about common machine learning techniques, cloud architectures, and data management principles. Excellent quantitative skills to draw strategic insights from complex data sets.</li> <li><strong>Communication &amp; Presence:</strong> Outstanding communication, presentation, and moderation skills. You have a strong presence and can translate complex technical topics into compelling arguments for non-technical senior executives, as well as bridge the gap to technical execution teams.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Excellent academic track record with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative field.</li> <li><strong>Languages:</strong> Business-fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory to successfully advise our German clients and lead workshops.
