Sports Copy Editor/Designer
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette seeks a versatile wire editor and page designer to join our sports desk in Little Rock.
We are looking for a meticulous professional who is capable of working at a fast pace and wearing many hats, some nights editing national sports stories to fill out the print section and others building pages within it.
The ideal candidate is an experienced copy editor who has also used the Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly InDesign, under strict deadlines. Knowledge of the professional athletes who played their high school and college ball in the state of Arkansas is a plus.
