  • Advise senior leaders on complex organizational challenges, bringing structured thinking and organizational expertise to decisions about structure, capabilities, ways of working, and change.
  • Align stakeholders across functions and geographies, ensuring organizational changes are practical, clearly understood, and connected to measurable business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience leading organizational transformation, organizational design, workforce design, strategy, or related work, either within organizations or in management consulting.
  • Deep understanding of organizational design and operating models, with experience translating business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and moving from strategy and design through implementation.
  • Experience designing leadership, manager, or organizational capability programs that can scale across an organization.
  • Ability to advise and influence executive stakeholders, navigate different perspectives, and build alignment around complex decisions.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous organizational challenges into clear frameworks and actions.
