We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office team at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting a high-performing reception team.

- Role: Reception Supervisor
- Location: The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, SW10 0XE
- Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Salary: Competitive, plus benefits
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office Management team in the daily operation of the Reception department.
- Lead, motivate, and develop Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor departmental standards, ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.
- Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Act as a duty leader within the department, ensuring operational excellence during each shift.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception supervisory role within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with Opera Cloud is essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
