Heute sind wir ein Team von über 150 Mitarbeitenden mit Standorten in Hamburg, Kiel und einem eigenen 22.000 m² großen Logistikzentrum in Lensahn. Unser Ziel ist klar: Wir bauen eine globale Footwear-Brand und wollen in den kommenden Jahren auf einen mittleren neunstelligen Jahresumsatz wachsen.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, suchen wir einen Senior Creative Strategist (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle lernst du von Grund auf, wie erfolgreiche Performance Creatives entwickelt werden – von der ersten Idee über UGC und Social Ads bis hin zur datengetriebenen Optimierung. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Marketing-Experten zusammen und entwickelst Kampagnen, die nicht nur Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen, sondern echten Geschäftserfolg schaffen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Werbekonzepten für Meta, TikTok und YouTube
- Analyse von erfolgreichen Werbeanzeigen, Trends und Wettbewerbern
- Entwicklung neuer Hooks, Angles und Story-Ideen für Social Ads
- Erstellung von Creative Briefings für Content Creator und UGC Creator
- Recherche von Zielgruppen, Pain Points und Kaufmotiven
- Auswertung von Creative-Tests gemeinsam mit dem Marketing-Team
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Werbeformate und Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei internationalen Marketingkampagnen
- Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media-Trends und Plattform-Updates
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing, Content und Brand Team
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten, eigene Projekte oder Social-Media-Aktivitäten sind von Vorteil
- Großes Interesse an Werbung, Social Media, E-Commerce und Konsumentenpsychologie
- Du verstehst intuitiv, warum manche Inhalte viral gehen und andere ignoriert werden
- Analytisches Denken und gleichzeitig ein gutes Gespür für kreative Inhalte
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und digitalen Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Lust, schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
