Dafür suchen wir keinen klassischen Marketing Manager.
Wir suchen den Menschen, der Kreativität, Psychologie und Strategie miteinander verbindet und fließend Deutsch spricht.
Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Creative Strategien für Meta, TikTok und YouTube Ads auf Deutsch
- Entwicklung neuer Hooks, Angles und Werbekonzepte auf Basis von Konsumentenpsychologie
- Analyse von Trends, Wettbewerbern und viralen Werbeanzeigen
- Entwicklung datengetriebener Hypothesen zur Verbesserung der Creative Performance
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Creative Briefings für UGC Creator, Videografen und Editoren in deutscher Sprache
- Steuerung des gesamten Creative-Prozesses – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Werbemittel
- Aufbau und Optimierung von Prozessen zwischen Performance Marketing, Brand, UGC und Produktion
- Analyse relevanter KPIs wie Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA und ROAS sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Eigenständige Priorisierung und Steuerung von Creative Tests
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing, Video, Brand und Design
- Identifikation neuer Werbeformate, Plattformtrends und Skalierungsmöglichkeiten
- Sicherstellung einer schnellen und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung aller Creatives
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Creative Strategist, Creative Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Performance Marketing
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Konsumentenpsychologie und Kaufentscheidungen – ohne Psychologiestudium
- Außergewöhnliches Gespür für kreative Werbekonzepte und virale Social-Media-Inhalte
- Tiefes Verständnis aktueller Trends auf TikTok, Instagram, Meta und YouTube
- Erfahrung mit datengetriebener Optimierung von Performance Creatives
- Strategisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, kreative Prozesse und Schnittstellen effizient zu steuern
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit Creative KPIs und Performance-Daten
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und schnelle Arbeitsweise
- Hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie der Wille, kontinuierlich bessere Creatives zu entwickeln
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
