Tech-Guy / Automatisierungsexperte (m/w/d)
Du hast ein Faible für Fable, Automatisierung, Klick-Workflows und smarte Verzahnung von Tools – und willst genau das für ein wachsendes Maklerhaus in Münster aufbauen? Als Tech-Guy bei VERSIANER / Makler mit Fliege verantwortest du unsere digitale Infrastruktur: von Make-Szenarien über Funnels bis zur Verbindung unserer Tools (CRM, KI, Kommunikation, Marketing). Du bekommst viel Gestaltungsspielraum und baust Automationen, die sonst kein Zweiter so verbindet.
Aufgaben
Du konzipierst und baust Automationen und Workflows in Make (Integromat) und vergleichbaren Tools
Du entwickelst und optimierst Marketing- und Vertriebsfunnels inkl. Formularen, CRM-Anbindung und Follow-up-Strecken
Du verbindest unsere Systeme (Pipedrive, Onepage, Join, Google Workspace, KI-Tools u. a.) zu durchgängigen, automatisierten Prozessen
Du identifizierst proaktiv Stellen, an denen sich manuelle Arbeit durch Automatisierung einsparen lässt
Du dokumentierst deine Lösungen so, dass das Team sie versteht und weiterpflegen kann
Qualifikation
Praktische Erfahrung mit Make (Integromat), Zapier oder n8n sowie No-Code-/Low-Code-Automatisierung
Erfahrung im Aufbau von Funnels und der Anbindung von Formularen/CRM-Systemen
Grundverständnis von APIs, Webhooks und Datenstrukturen (JSON)
Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Prozesse End-to-End zu denken
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie Pipedrive, Notion, Asana oder ähnlichen Systemen
