Netradyne harnesses the power of Computer Vision and Edge Computing to revolutionize the modern-day transportation ecosystem. We are a leader in fleet safety solutions. With growth exceeding 4x year over year, our solution is quickly being recognized as a significant disruptive technology. Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.

Netradyne is bringing the industry’s leading AI-powered fleet safety platform to Mexico, and we are hiring our first Solutions Engineer dedicated to this market. This is a founding role: you will be the technical voice of Netradyne in Mexico, owning the pre-sales technical motion for direct enterprise opportunities, serving as the technical enablement lead for our channel partners, and driving expansion within our existing enterprise customers.

Working alongside the Channel Sales Manager – Mexico and reporting into the Global Solutions Engineering organization, the Solutions Engineer will lead discovery, deliver customized demonstrations, design and execute proofs of concept, scope API and telematics integrations, guide hardware deployment planning, and translate Netradyne’s vision-based safety technology into measurable business outcomes for fleet operators. The role blends deep technical credibility with commercial acumen and requires the judgment to operate with significant autonomy in an emerging market.

This position is ideal for a technical seller who wants to build something rather than inherit it, who is energized by ambiguity, and who wants a direct line to product, engineering, and leadership while shaping how Netradyne wins in Latin America.

Essential Functions:

Time allocation is expected to be approximately 70% direct pre-sales solutions engineering, 20% channel partner technical enablement, and 10% customer expansion within existing enterprise accounts.

Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering (~70%):

  • Lead technical discovery with prospective enterprise and mid-market fleets to collect, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements, safety objectives, and technical constraints during the sales cycle.
  • Deliver customized, compelling demonstrations of the Netradyne solution stack – Driver•i camera hardware, AI-driven event detection, driver coaching workflows, and analytics – to technical and non-technical audiences, in Spanish and English.
  • Design, scope, and execute high-quality, feasible proofs of concept and pilots, including success criteria, installation planning, data review cadence, and executive readout.
  • Scope and architect integrations using Netradyne APIs with customer and partner systems, including telematics platforms, TMS/ELD, HR and safety systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • Provide hardware installation guidance and deployment planning across diverse vehicle classes, including power, mounting, connectivity, and installer enablement.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires; own the technical content of proposals and security/compliance responses.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of competing and complementary products in the Mexico market and how to technically sell with and against them.
  • Address technical objections and de-risk the sale, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to resolve gaps and represent the voice of the Mexico market in the product roadmap.

Channel Partner Technical Enablement (~20%):

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Netradyne’s channel partners in Mexico, in close partnership with the Channel Sales Manager – Mexico.
  • Develop and deliver technical training, certification, and demo enablement so partners can confidently represent the product’s value proposition, use cases, and technical specifications.
  • Join partner-led sales opportunities as the technical lead for complex or strategic deals, and coach partner technical staff on discovery, demo, and POC execution.
  • Localize and maintain Spanish-language technical collateral, demo environments, and installation and integration documentation.
  • Establish clear escalation paths between partners, Netradyne Support, and Engineering for technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Enterprise Account Expansion (~10%):

  • Act as the technical advisor to Netradyne’s existing enterprise direct customers in Mexico, identifying opportunities to expand ARR through additional fleets, use cases, integrations, and product modules.
  • Support quarterly technical and value reviews with these accounts, connecting platform data to safety and business outcomes and building the case for expansion.
  • Ensure successful adoption and healthy platform utilization post-deployment, partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Account Management to protect and grow recurring revenue.

Collaboration & Market Building:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution in Mexico.
  • Provide structured feedback and market insight to Product and R&D based on prospect, partner, and customer input specific to the Mexico market.
  • Establish the operating foundation for Solutions Engineering in Mexico: demo environments, POC playbooks, technical onboarding standards, and repeatable processes that will scale as the team grows.

Additional Region-Specific Requirements (MEXICO):

  • Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences, from installers and fleet supervisors to CIOs and CFOs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility within the Mexican business environment, including understanding regional business etiquette, negotiation styles, and decision-making dynamics in enterprise fleets.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and informal business practices common within Mexico, while maintaining technical rigor and structured execution.
  • Familiarity with the Mexican transportation and logistics landscape, including cross-border operations, connectivity and coverage realities, vehicle types, and local telematics and insurance ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of enabling partners and customers through hands-on training, particularly in markets where demand for new technology is still emerging.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% across Mexico, including frequent trips to Monterrey and other key regions, with occasional travel to the United States for training and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management capacity working directly with sales prospects and customers; SaaS and hardware experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering demos and proofs of concept in SaaS sales cycles, selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on ability to discuss, scope, and document integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and data exports; comfort reading API documentation and working with technical teams on both sides of an integration.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle hardware installation and telematics deployment (power, CAN/OBD, cellular connectivity, camera mounting) sufficient to guide installers and troubleshoot field issues.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect platform data to business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, first-in-market environment.
  • Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry, fleet management, video telematics, or IoT is a strong plus.

Training & Certifications:

  • Formal training in telematics, fleet safety, insurance, or risk management is advantageous.
  • Technical certifications in cloud platforms, APIs/integration, or data analytics are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred, and/or applicable years of industry experience.
