The team manages borrower relationships across SME Debt Finance, Specialty Finance and Fund Finance, ensuring strong portfolio performance, assessing in-life credit events, and supporting high-quality client outcomes.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 828.719px;" width="642"> <p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p> <p>The Associate Director (AD) will own and lead borrower relationships across an assigned SME lending portfolio, ensuring strong portfolio performance, proactive risk management, and high-quality client engagement.
