Aufgaben
- Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st & 2nd Level Support
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Betreuung von Windows-Clients, Microsoft-365-Umgebungen und gängigen Unternehmensanwendungen
- Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung sowie Unterstützung bei Account- und Zugriffsproblemen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Peripheriegeräten
- Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Eskalation komplexerer Störungen
- Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und allgemeinen IT-Betriebsaufgaben
- Remote- und gegebenenfalls Vor-Ort-Support je nach Projektanforderung
Qualifikation
Must-Have-Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Berufserfahrung im 1st und/oder 2nd Level IT Support
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Client-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365
- Erfahrung mit Active Directory bzw. Entra ID sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und strukturierter Fehleranalyse
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerkthemen wie TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, DNS und DHCP
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kommunikationsorientierung
Nice-to-Have:
- Erfahrung mit Intune, SCCM oder vergleichbaren Endpoint-Management-Lösungen
- Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen
- Kenntnisse in VPN, Citrix, Remote Desktop oder vergleichbaren Remote-Support-Lösungen
- Erfahrung mit Hardware-Rollouts und Migrationen
Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse:
- Deutsch - Muttersprache
- Englisch - Erfahren (C1 oder höher)
