KI Tutor/Lehrkraft (all genders)

Du brennst für GenAI und Large Language Models und möchtest Dein Wissen nicht nur anwenden, sondern auch weitergeben? Als KI Tutor/Lehrkraft begleitest Du unsere Teilnehmenden fachlich und didaktisch auf ihrem Weg zu praxisnahen KI-Kompetenzen: Du beantwortest ihre Fragen rund um GenAI, LLMs und verantwortungsvollen KI-Einsatz, unterstützt sie in Übungen und Projekten und sorgst dafür, dass sie KI-Tools am Ende nicht nur verstehen, sondern sicher und reflektiert in ihrem Arbeitsalltag einsetzen können.

Du bewertest Lernfortschritte, führst Abschlussprüfungen durch und gibst strukturiertes, konstruktives Feedback. Durch den engen Kontakt zu den Lernenden trägst Du außerdem aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Trainingsprogramme bei – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Coaching Team Lead, dem Learning Team und weiteren Schnittstellen.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle

  • Fachliche Beantwortung von Fragen der Lernenden (schriftlich und mündlich)

  • Vermittlung und Vertiefung von Trainingsinhalten in Live-Sessions, Webinaren, Classrooms und individueller Lernbegleitung

  • Begleitung bei Unsicherheiten im Lernprozess sowie in Übungen und Projekten

  • Durchführung und Bewertung von Abschlussprüfungen sowie Entscheidung über den Trainingserfolg

  • Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Weiterentwicklung von Lernmaterialien rund um praktische GenAI/LLM-Fähigkeiten, grundlegende KI/ML-Kompetenz und verantwortungsvollen, ethischen KI-Einsatz

  • Qualitätssicherung bestehender Trainings inkl. Feedback ans Learning-Team

  • Durchführung individueller Coaching-Sessions und Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in einem quantitativen, analytischen oder technischen Fachbereich

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner KI-Konzepte – insbesondere GenAI mit Fokus auf LLMs, inkl. Grundverständnis von Trainingsdaten, Modellen, Evaluierung und typischen KI-Limitierungen (Machine Learning und Deep Learning sind ein Plus)

  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung von LLMs (z. B. Prompt-Engineering, Workflow-Integration, Agenten) sowie mit No-/Low-Code-KI-Tools

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit (einfachen) API-Clients (z. B. Postman, curl); gute Python-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SQL, Power BI oder Excel sind von Vorteil

  • Bewusstsein für ethische, rechtliche und organisatorische Aspekte von KI-Anwendungen sowie Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen im KI-Sektor

  • Didaktische Erfahrung in der Vermittlung technischer oder fachlicher Inhalte an nicht-technische Zielgruppen sowie Verständnis für Konzepte der Erwachsenenbildung und Online-Weiterbildung

  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Empathie, klare Kommunikation und konstruktive Feedbackkultur

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
