Operations Business Partner: B2B

About the Role…
Operations Business Partner: B2B is accountable for the end‑to‑end operational performance of the B2B / Wholesale channel across ANZ. The role ensures that B2B operations are scalable, cost‑effective and reliable, enabling profitable wholesale growth while protecting service levels and margin. The role acts as the primary operational interface between Commercial, Brands and Supply Chain, translating commercial agreements into executable operational plans and driving continuous improvement. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Lead operational readiness for B2B volume growth, customer onboarding and channel expansion
- Embed scalable, repeatable B2B operating models aligned to the new DC and future network footprint
- Ensure DC, transport and inventory flows support wholesale order profiles and customer requirements
- Identify operational risks and capacity constraints associated with B2B growth and lead mitigation planning
- Define, document and manage B2B‑specific SLAs by customer tier
- Ensure service commitments align with operational capability, cost‑to‑serve and margin objectives
- Implement and own measurable performance KPIs including OTIF / DIFOT, DCOT, order accuracy and lead times
- Drive consistent performance review, root‑cause analysis and service improvement actions
- Optimise B2B freight strategy and carrier performance across transport modes
- Improve transparency and understanding of cost‑to‑serve by customer and channel
- Partner with Commercial and Finance to protect wholesale margin and support pricing and contract decisions
- Lead initiatives to reduce freight cost per unit and operational inefficiencies
About you..
You are an experienced Operations Business Partner with demonstrated experience across operations, supply chain, or logistics environments. You have a proven track record supporting B2B and wholesale channels. Ideally, you have worked within DC transition projects, network changes, or business scale-up environments, with exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, or multi-brand organisations.
You bring strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments involving multiple stakeholders. Commercially minded, you understand the drivers of cost, margin, and operational performance, and leverage data and KPIs to identify opportunities and deliver results. You build strong relationships across all levels of the business and can drive outcomes without direct authority. Most importantly, you are proactive, resilient, and thrive in environments where change, ambiguity, and continuous improvement are part of everyday business.
