IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

IT Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)
Zum Ausbau des Projektteams am Standort Mainz unterstützen Sie in allen anfallenden Störungen im Rahmen des lokalen IT-Service für verschiedene technische Schwerpunkte im Bereich der Client Infrastruktur. Sie sind für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäftes unter Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements mit verantwortlich.
Aufgaben
- Sie unterstützen im Rahmen des lokalen IT-Service alle anfallenden Anfragen und Störungen im Client Umfeld
- Installation/Konfiguration Windows Betriebssysteme
- IMACD Services von PC's, Notebooks und IT-Equipment
- Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests im Client und Applikationsumfeld
- Einführung und Unterstützung der User in Windows und Applikationen
- Vor-Ort User Support
- Local Hands & Eyes Services
- Erfassung und Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
- Inventarisierung von IT-Equipment
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Field Support oder im 1st/2nd Level Support
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und Bedienung von Windows 10 und Microsoft Office
- Hardwarekenntnisse (PC´s, Notebooks, Smartphones, IT-Equipment)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk (Verkabelung)
- Bedienung Ticketsystem sowie ITIL-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
