For this, we are looking for you as our Working Student System Administration (all genders).
Your mission in detail:
- As our Working Student System Administration, you are the contact person for all hardware and software problems and support the Helpling team with questions regarding the IT infrastructure.
- You support the provisioning and maintenance of our Windows- and OSX-based environment and help provide your colleagues with high-speed, bugless equipment.
- You help manage our local networks and support troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.
- You bring your own ideas to improve existing workflows through customized automation.
- You help ward off cyber attacks, create backups, and contribute to our overall IT security.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
A vocational training or degree is not the most important thing to us. We value your experience and are therefore looking for practically-versed, plug-and-play heroes with versatile IT knowledge who are currently enrolled at a university.
- You are familiar with help desk user support, Google Workspace, setting up VLAN and VPN, as well as Windows and OSX systems, and ideally, you even bring first knowledge of a programming language.
- You are reliable, motivated, and effortlessly juggle multiple inquiries at the same time.
- You live in Berlin/Brandenburg and value our beautiful office in Berlin Mitte as your second 127.0.0.1
- You are enrolled as a student throughout your time with us and can work up to 20 hours per week.
- German language skills are a plus.
