(Senior) Projektcontroller (m/w/d) gesucht – Vollzeit | Münchner Süden | Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens im Süden von München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „(Senior) Projektcontroller (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Projektcontroller (m/w/d) begleiten Sie laufende Projekte kaufmännisch und analysieren deren Kosten, Ergebnisse und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung
- Zudem erstellen und koordinieren Sie Forecasts und Budgets, analysieren Soll-Ist-Abweichungen und überwachen relevante Leistungskennzahlen
- Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie regelmäßige Reportings, unterstützen bei periodischen Abschlüssen und bereiten aussagekräftige Analysen für das Management auf
- Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie eng mit Projekt- und Abteilungsverantwortlichen sowie der kaufmännischen Leitung zusammen und unterstützen bei wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Dabei entwickeln Sie Controlling-Prozesse und -Instrumente kontinuierlich weiter und sorgen für mehr Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit im Projektgeschäft
Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwirtschaft oder Controlling, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektcontroller (m/w/d), Controller (m/w/d) oder Financial Controller (m/w/d) mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Projektcontrolling
- Entscheidend sind fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling sowie ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische und buchhalterische Zusammenhänge, Erfahrung im Bau- oder Projektgeschäft ist von Vorteil
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit Power BI und LucaNet
- Wichtig sind ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie eine eigenständige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und Management
