Stage Master 2 : Elaboration de panneaux biosourcés à base de pailles

Contexte :
Le stage à pourvoir s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet européen Best-Crop impliquant 18 partenaires à l’échelle européenne : https://www.bestcrop.eu/ dont le but est de contribuer à développer l’économie circulaire en offrant de nouvelles variétés d’orge à rendement amélioré (article de perspective – projet Best-Crop). ). L’un des volets du projet consiste à fournir des pailles d’orge de composition et/ou structure optimisées pour différentes applications, dont, entre autres, le secteur de la construction (fabrication de panneaux de particules et de biocomposites).
Dans le cadre de ce projet, l’équipe PCH a pour tâche d’étudier l’influence de la sélection et du fractionnement des pailles issues de différentes variétés d’orge, ainsi que d’étudier la microstructure et le comportement mécanique de panneaux biosourcés élaborés par pressage à chaud.
Objectifs :
Le stage consiste à mettre en œuvre des panneaux de pailles, d’optimiser le procédé de fabrication, et d’évaluer la variabilité des comportements mécaniques et d’isolation observés en regard de la composition et de la morphologie des pailles pour développer des panneaux performants. Le travail contribuera également à compléter la large base de données sur les panneaux à renforts lignocellulosiques développés au laboratoire.

Compétences et connaissances :
Élève de formation BAC+5 (Master 2) en science et génie des matériaux polymères et composites
Connaissances dans le domaine des biocomposites à fibres végétales
Production scientifique (rédaction de publications, de posters, présentations orales ...)
Conditions :
Le stage est prévu pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de février 2027
