Als Residence Manager verantwortest du einen unserer Standorte. Du bist #Futureshaper und willst das Leben von Studierenden und Yugoern aktiv mitgestalten. Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb, von Vertrieb und Marketing über Eventkoordination und Gebäudemanagement bis hin zu Service und dem Ausbau unserer Beziehungen mit Kooperationspartnern.
Wesentliche Aufgaben
- Kundenorientiert arbeiten, mit hohem Anspruch an die Zufriedenheit der Studierenden
- Führe, coache und leite dein Team, damit der Standort rundläuft
- Allgemeine Empfangsdienste und Administrative Aufgaben: Besucher und Bewohner willkommen heißen, Schlüsselmanagement, Reparaturen koordinieren, Forderungsmanagement etc.
- Anfragen der Studenten, Beschwerden und Vorfälle zügig und zielgerichtet bearbeiten
- Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Richtlinien, H&S Vorgabe sowie Service- und Vermietungsstandards in der Residence sicherstellen.
- Eigenständige Planung von Ein- und Auszügen
- Kontrolle und Verantwortung von Leistungszielen wie Erreichen der Vermietungsziele, Kundenzufriedenheit, Reduktion von Zahlungsverzügen, Kostenkontrolle und Budgetmitverantwortung
- Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und Vorantreiben von Projekten die einen Mehrwert für Unternehmen und Mieter darstellen
- Planung von Events und anderen Maßnahmen, die dazu beitragen, dass unsere Studierenden ihr bestes Leben bei uns leben
Das bringst du mit
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung für ein kleines Team im Bereich Kundenservice oder Verwaltung (z.B. Hotel, Studentenwohnen, Einzelhandel, Office Management, Immobilienmanagement etc.)
- Gutes Verständnis von Mietverwaltung und wohnrechtlichen Bestimmungen
- Einen für das Tätigkeitsfeld relevanten Abschluss (z.B. kaufmännische Ausbildungen, Studium, etc.)
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
- Kommunikationsstärke als Teamplayer mit strukturierter und gut organisierter Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Verwendung von Microsoft Office (insbesondere Outlook, Excel, Word und PowerPoint), Erfahrung mit CRM- und Reservierungssoftware, etc. von Vorteil
Die Position ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet. Eine Verlängerung über diesen Zeitraum hinaus wird angestrebt, sofern die Rahmenbedingungen dies ermöglichen.
Gehaltsrahmen: EUR 46.000 - 48,000
