Who are we?

We are a team of driven individuals who strongly believe in the positive impact gaming and AI will have on the learning world. Today, we’re helping enterprise businesses transition from video to gamified learning experiences that far outperform their traditional counterparts. If you strive to work in a creative and high-output environment, read on.

Who are we looking for?

A producer to lead the day-to-day delivery of our content slate. Producers here drive the cross-functional push from brief to shipped module: you set the pace, clear obstacles before they cost days, and carry the work across the finish line. Our modules teach refinery technicians, data centre engineers and offshore crews how to stay safe, ship in dozens of languages, and land on dates customers plan real training programmes around. You own the schedule that makes that happen: what is in flight, what ships when, who is blocked, and what has to move. Production leadership sets the priorities and the quality bar; you turn them into a plan that holds, and you keep design, art, voice, localization and QA pulling in the same direction. This is a 6-month contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • The schedule. A work-back plan for every module in flight, with milestones, dependencies and release dates. When a date moves, it moves deliberately, and the people affected hear it from you first.
  • Handoffs between crafts. Design, art, voice, video, localization and QA each own their work; you own the seams, so nothing sits waiting because nobody asked.
  • Team momentum and health. You run the rituals the team plans and reflects by, watch load and team health, and make it safe to raise a problem while it is still small.
  • Tracking that reflects reality. Linear boards and Notion project pages stay current enough to be trusted, and stakeholders stay confident in delivery because they can see progress, not because they are told about it.
  • Releases and customer versions. Modules reach staging and production complete and on date, in every contracted language and customer variant, with the pre-release checks done.
  • Capacity and risk. You know what the team can absorb, flag overcommitment before it is agreed to, and surface slippage while there is still time to act on it.
  • The learner in the room. You advocate for the end experience when trade-offs get made; a date met with a worse module is a loss you flag, not a win you report.
  • The work systems. You build and keep refining the processes the team runs on, sized to the work and never bigger. You work AI-native: reporting and chase-work run on agents you build, so your time goes on judgment rather than admin.

Who are you?

  • 3+ years producing games, interactive media or similarly multi-disciplinary digital content, with shipped work whose schedule you ran.
  • You have coordinated at least design, art and engineering on one production, and can speak each craft's language well enough to be useful.
  • Your schedules are honest: estimates people believe, dependencies mapped, slippage surfaced early with options attached.
  • You lead without authority: teams move faster because you are in the room, and people bring you problems early because of how you received the last one.
  • Fluent, precise written English. Most coordination here is written and asynchronous.
  • Fluent with production tooling (Linear, Jira, Notion or similar) and AI-native in how you work: you already use AI tools and agents on real deliverables, not as a curiosity.
  • Bonus points: localization at volume, safety or industrial training content, outsourcing or co-dev coordination.

What You Must Be:

  • Organised beyond reproach, and calm when the plan changes underneath you.
  • Direct. You say what the date really is, and you say no with evidence when the ask does not fit.
  • Comfortable owning the outcome without owning the people. The crafts do not report to you, and the schedule still holds.
  • Happy in the detail. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a programme office.

How do we support and benefit our employees:

  • Competitive salary and stock options — everyone shares in what we're building
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays
  • Fully equipped setup from day one (no waiting for laptops)
  • Regular company offsites and team socials
  • A flat, transparent culture with direct access to leadership
