IT-Systemadministrator Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
Netzwerk & Sicherheit: Du betreust unsere LAN-, WAN- und WLAN-Infrastruktur in zwei Rechenzentren und sorgst mit Sophos Firewalls und SD-WAN für Stabilität und Sicherheit. Außerdem planst du den Ausbau der Netzwerkinfrastruktur und koordinierst externe Dienstleister.
IT-Security & ISMS: Du wirkst aktiv an IT-Betriebsdokumentation und ISMS mit, koordinierst Security-Maßnahmen wie MFA, Phishing-Tests und Awareness-Aktionen und stärkst so die IT-Sicherheit im gesamten Unternehmen.
Server & Virtualisierung: Du betreust die Windows-Domäne (AD, DNS, DHCP), die virtualisierte Serverlandschaft (vxRail) sowie unsere Exchange-, Citrix- und SQL-Umgebungen. Zudem administrierst du Storage und Backups (DataDomain, Cloud).
IT-Support & Zusammenarbeit: Du übernimmst den 2nd-Level-Support für Kolleg:innen, arbeitest eng im IT-Team zusammen und steuerst den Support externer Partner, um einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicherzustellen.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-orientierte Berufs- oder Hochschulausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen, insbesondere Virtualisierungsumgebungen, Windows Servern und Netzwerken
- Ausgeprägtes IT-Sicherheitsverständnis
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu unseren Standorten und Baustellen
- Selbstständiges, dienstleistungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Team sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
