DGKP OP (m/w/d) in Vollzeit
Im gemeinnützigen, allgemein öffentlichen Krankenhaus Oberndorf suchen wir Persönlichkeiten, die mit Kompetenz, Menschlichkeit und Freude die stationäre und ambulante Versorgung in der Region Flachgau Nord sicherstellen.
Das Krankenhaus ist akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus für die Universitäten Wien, Graz, Innsbruck und PMU Salzburg und verfügt über 111 systemisierte Betten zur stationären Behandlung. In den medizinischen Fächern Innere Medizin, Chirurgie, Orthopädie / Traumatologie, Akutgeriatrie und Remobilisation sowie eine radiologische Einheit inkl. CT werden jährlich rd. 5.300 Patient/innen stationär – davon rd. 2.500 Patient/innen operativ – und rd. 30.000 Patient/innen ambulant versorgt. Die ambulante Patientenversorgung ist über eine interdisziplinäre Zentral-Ambulanz organisiert. Zusätzlich bieten wir ein breites Spektrum an Spezialambulanzen.
- Die Kernaufgaben der Position bestehen im Wesentlichen aus den Tätigkeiten des gehobenen Dienstes der
Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege im OP - Selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem Team nach dem Pflegeprozess
- Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Instrumentieren im Bereich Ortho-Traumatologie und Viszeral Chirurgie
- Beidiensttätigkeiten
- Vor- und Nachbereitung für operative Eingriffe
- Instrumentenaufbereitung
- Geregelter Dienst während der Woche mit Rufdienst in der Nacht und am Wochenende
- Ein nach dem österreichischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz anerkanntes Diplom im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
- Sonderausbildung nach §69 GuKG "Pflege im Operationsbereich" von Vorteil
- Kooperationsfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft sowie berufliche und soziale Kompetenz
- Engagement und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, wirtschaftliches Denken und die Fähigkeit, prozessorientiert zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
