Die ISG – automation GmbH ist ein unabhängiges, inhabergeführtes Ingenieurbüro für Gebäude-, Industrie- und Schiffsautomation mit Sitz in Rostock. Seit 2013 entwickeln wir ganzheitliche Automationslösungen, die Innovation, Effizienz und Praxis verbinden.
Mit einem engagierten Team erfahrener Ingenieure realisieren wir anspruchsvolle Projekte für öffentliche und private Auftraggeber.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Projektleiter, Elektroingenieur, Projektingenieur oder Meister / Techniker (w/m/d) mit technischem Know-how, Führungskompetenz und Leidenschaft für intelligente Gebäudetechnik.
Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Gebäudeautomation (HOAI LP1–LP9)
- Fachplanung von Automations- und MSR-Anlagen für Neu- und Bestandsgebäude
- Projektmanagement, Inbetriebnahmemanagement und Qualitätssicherung
- Entwicklung von Automationskonzepten, Erstellung von GA-Musterlösungen, Lastenheften und Leistungsbeschreibungen
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, MSR-Schemata und Funktionslisten
- Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplanern und Nachunternehmern
- Unterstützung bei Kundenberatung, Vertragsverhandlungen und Projektcontrolling
- Förderung und fachliche Unterstützung von Teammitgliedern
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Gebäudeautomation oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planung und Projektierung von Gebäudeautomationssystemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MSR-Technik, GA-Systemen und Kommunikationsprotokollen (z. B. KNX, BACnet, Modbus)
- Erfahrung mit CAD-Software (TRIC, AutoCAD) und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Kalkulation, HOAI, VOB und technischen Normen
- Reisebereitschaft (Schwerpunkt Norddeutschland)
