- Accueillir les enfants et leurs familles, en établissant une relation de confiance
- Assurer les soins essentiels des enfants en respectant leurs rythmes individuels
- Participer à l'élaboration et à l'animation d'activités d'éveil adaptées à chaque tranche d'âge
- Veiller à la sécurité physique et affective des enfants
- Observer le développement des enfants et échanger avec l'équipe
Voici les détails de l'offre pour ce poste :
- Contrat: CDI
- Salaire: 13.75 euros /heure Vous possédez une aisance dans la communication et un profond engagement à favoriser l'épanouissement des jeunes enfants
- Capacité à accueillir les enfants et leurs familles avec bienveillance et professionnalisme
- Compétence en soins essentiels : hygiène, repas, sommeil, tout en respectant le rythme individuel de chaque enfant
- Créativité et aptitude à élaborer et animer des activités éducatives et d'éveil adaptées à chaque tranche d'âge
- Vigilance et efficacité dans le maintien de la sécurité physique et affective des enfants
- Observateur·trice doté·e d'un sens aiguisé du développement et comportement des enfants et communicatif à ce sujet
- Participation active à l'aménagement et entretien des espaces de vie
- Collaboration étroite et harmonieuse avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Diplôme d'État d'Éducateur de jeunes enfants ou équivalent exigé
