IT 1st und 2nd Level Supporter:in (a) 100% [Ref:2426]Ihre Aufgaben
- Entgegennehmen und Klassifizieren von Anfragen via Telefon und Webtickets sowie erste Fehleranalyse
- Eigenständige Störungsbehebung per Remote Support und Beratung zu Microsoft-Arbeitsplatzsystemen
- Weiterleiten von komplexen Anfragen an den 2nd Level Support und Einleitung von Eskalationsverfahren
- Durchführen einfacher Installations- und Wartungsarbeiten an PCs, Peripheriegeräten, Netzkomponenten und Kommunikationsmitteln
- Erstellen von Anleitungen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Supportprozesse
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikbereich (Berufslehre, Maturität, Studium) oder mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im First- oder Second-Level-Support
- Sehr gute 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support-Kenntnisse
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in der Büroautomation, insbesondere in MS Office, UCC, Windows 11, M365 und MDM
- Profunde Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen
- Microsoft-Zertifizierung MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals), AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) oder eine vergleichbare offizielle Microsoft-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
- Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C2 und Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse Niveau B2 zwingend notwendig
