- Assurer l'hygiène et le confort des patients en suivant les protocoles établis
- Participer à la surveillance de l'état de santé des patients en collaboration avec l'équipe soignante
- Contribuer à l'accompagnement et au soutien psychosocial des patients et de leurs familles
- Participer à l'organisation et à la gestion des matériels de soins nécessaires
- Favoriser l'autonomie des patients en leur apportant une aide adaptée dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne

- Diplôme d'État d'Aide-soignant(e) requis
- Expérience préalable en soins à domicile appréciée
- Excellent sens de l'écoute et empathie indispensables
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à gérer le temps efficacement
- Sens de l'organisation et attention portée aux détails
