Junior Service Advisor – Andrew Simms North Shore

We are now seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join our North Shore team. This role is critical to ensuring service operations run efficiently and seamlessly and delivering a consistently high level of service in the service department.
About the role
- Creating bookings for customers, either face to face or over the phone or email
- Be the first line of communication, advising client of vehicle repairs throughout the day
- Completing repair orders and other neccessary documentation on arrival of customers
- Explaining all aspects of the job and work carried out ot the customer as well as ensuring that the customer is happy with the explanation of the work carried out
- Creating job cards, submitting warranty prior work approvals and invoicing jobs when completed
- Delivering a consistently high level of service
- Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and sales staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Managing workflow via our various platforms
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A background in automotive service, parts, or workshop coordination would be advantagous
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when juggling priorities
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products & DMS systems
- A can-do attitude and a good sense of humour, we love to have fun!
