INFIRMIER DE (F/H)
En CDI à temps plein (jour ou nuit), vous prenez part dès le départ à la mise en place de l'organisation des soins. Vos missions principales s'articulent autour de :
- Évaluation et suivi : Réaliser l'évaluation de l'état de santé des patients et concevoir un projet de soins adapté dans des services variés (SMR, addictologie, endocrinologie/diabétologie, locomoteur, EVC/EPR).
- Soins techniques et éducation : Dispenser l'ensemble des soins préventifs, curatifs et palliatifs, tout en accompagnant les patients en rééducation et éducation thérapeutique.
- Collaborations pluridisciplinaires : Travailler en synergie étroite avec les médecins et les rééducateurs pour garantir un parcours de soin optimal.
