Your Skills / Background:

Previous experience in food/pharma production or operating machinery is great – but not essential. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and safety-conscious, we want to hear from you. If you’re a team player and not afraid to put in an honest day's work, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Deliver production excellence by achieving the production plan while upholding GDP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Receive and prepare raw materials and packaging safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and stock control.
• Minimise waste and support environmental and safety initiatives.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
• Be an active, positive team member contributing to a respectful and collaborative environment.
