
Security Ops Engineer
We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Security Ops Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
In this position, you will lead proactive cybersecurity operations through vulnerability management, threat monitoring, security assessments, and awareness programs. Collaborate across teams to remediate risks, strengthen security posture, and mentor junior team members to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities- Oversee and ensure effective security monitoring across systems and environments.
- Track and manage security alerts, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence, coordinating follow-up and mitigation actions.
- Handle security incidents, including investigation, response, and documentation.
- Conduct security risk assessments to identify and address potential gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the security posture of existing processes and systems.
- Support Information Security assessments and company-wide awareness initiatives.
- Assist in performing data privacy compliance checks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Information Security Specialist, Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Information Security Operations and Governance principles.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) are an advantage.
