An exciting opportunity to lead a great team!
We’re looking for a hands‑on Team Leader to support our Double Glaze Department on our morning shift (6.00am – 2.30pm, Monday - Friday) at our Christchurch Plant. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that glass processing is carried out safely, efficiently and to quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and supporting the team to meet the agreed production targets
Solving operational issues quickly and confidently
Acting as the key link between production and logistics to ensure orders are complete
Providing relief supervision and carrying out supervisor responsibilities when required
Championing health, safety and compliance across your shift

What you’ll bring

Experience in an operations environment and working with tight deadlines
Proven leadership capability — you know how to motivate people to perform at their best!
Strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑driven mindset
Accountability and confidence in your decision‑making
Continuous improvement mindset (CI experience is a bonus)
