Kundenbetreuer Immobilienverwaltung (m/w/d)
Wir suchen Sie im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München als „Kundenbetreuer Immobilienverwaltung (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Sie bearbeiten Kundenanliegen über Telefon, E-Mail und digitale Servicekanäle und dokumentieren diese nachvollziehbar in den entsprechenden Systemen
- Sie lösen Anfragen eigenständig oder leiten diese qualifiziert an die zuständigen Fachbereiche weiter
- Darüber hinaus beantworten Sie Kundenanfragen schriftlich und stellen eine serviceorientierte Kommunikation sicher
- Sie bearbeiten Anliegen und Beschwerden unter Berücksichtigung definierter Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards
- Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei der Pflege von Kundendaten und tragen zu einer hohen Servicequalität entlang des gesamten Bearbeitungsprozesses bei
Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d), Servicecenter Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) oder Sachbearbeiter Kundenservice (m/w/d) mit
- Zusätzlich sind Kenntnisse in SAP, CRM-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen von Vorteil
- Wichtig sind Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in wohnungswirtschaftliche Themen einzuarbeiten
