CLS entwickelt praxisgerechte Lösungen für GxP-Anforderungen im Bereich Pharma, Apotheke, Krankenhaus und Labor. Als mittelständisches Unternehmen mit über 40 Mitarbeitern, pflegen wir einen entspannten Umgang mit flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Kommunikationswegen.
Für unseren CLS-Standort in 2353 Guntramsdorf, suchen wir ab sofort Expertinnen und Experten für nachhaltige, risikobasierte und prozessorientierte Ingenieurleistungen.
- Gesamtverantwortung für Geschäftsentwicklung im Fachbereich inkl. Kosten, Termine, Umsatz und Qualität der Leistungen
- Führung und Förderung des unterstellten, interdisziplinären Teams/Abteilung
- Steigerung der Effizienz, Qualität und Kundenorientierung innerhalb des Fachbereichs
- Forecast-Erstellung, Controlling und Reporting an die Niederlassungs- und Geschäftsleitung
- Key-Account-Manager & Business Development definierter Kunden
- Akquise für den Fachbereich
- Betreuung und Abwicklung von Projekten als Projektleiter
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsbeauftragten zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen und Überwachung/Umsetzung QMS
- Langjährige Projekt- und Managementerfahrung im Pharma- bzw. Medizintechnikwesen auf
- nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Vertragswesen inkl. Nachtragsmanagement
- Dienstleistungs- und unternehmensorientierter Manager mit Durchsetzungskraft
- Problemlösungskompetent und Lösungsorientiert
- Vorbildfunktion für Mitarbeitende
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium
- Soziale Kompetenz bei Führung von Mitarbeitern und im Kundenkontakt
- Kommunikationsstarke, strukturierte und analytische Persönlichkeit mit Weitblick
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
- Reisebereitschaft | gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Unbescholtenheit

Bei Erfüllung der Anforderungen für diese Stelle, bieten wir eine leistungsgerechte Entlohnung ab 60.000,00 Bruttojahresgehalt auf Basis Vollzeit [40h/Woche]. Abhängig vom individuellen Bewerbungsprofil (Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
