Situé dans un environnement privilégié, la Maison d'Accueil Spécialisée accompagne des adultes en situation de grande dépendance.
Vos Missions
En tant que médecin traitant des 43 résidents de l'internat, vous êtes le garant de la continuité des soins et le référent médical de l'unité :
Pilotage Médical : Suivi clinique, prescriptions et tenue du dossier médical informatisé.
Coordination & Admissions : En binôme avec la Cheffe de Service, vous évaluez la faisabilité médicale des dossiers et co-décidez des nouvelles admissions.
Expertise Institutionnelle : Vous participez aux décisions stratégiques et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire complète.
Une Équipe Pluridisciplinaire Solide
Vous évoluez au sein d'un environnement médical et paramédical riche :
Confrères : Collaboration avec un médecin MPR et un médecin généraliste libéral.
Pôle rééducation/soin : Kinésithérapeutes (salariés et libéraux), ergothérapeutes, psychomotriciennes, psychologue.
Soins de proximité : Équipe de 9 IDE (jour/nuit), AS, AMP et une secrétaire médicale dédiée.
Réseau libéral : Diététicien, orthophoniste, orthoptiste.
Pathologies rencontrées : IMC, spina-bifida, polyhandicap, suites d'AVC/AVP, myopathies.

Flexibilité totale : Poste à temps plein, organisé au choix sur 4 jours ou 5 jours par semaine (présence impérative les mardis et jeudis).
Statut Cadre : Rémunération négociable
Congés : 5 semaines de CP + environ 2 semaines de RTT.
