Repco seeks an Automotive Parts Interpreters to deliver expert advice, build strong customer relationships, and provide outstanding service.
- Tuesday to Thursday 7.30am-4.00pm; Friday 7.30am-3.00pm; Saturday 8.00am-5.30pm (40 Hours)

Our Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who:
- Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
- Build effective customer relationships
- Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
- Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.
The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
