We are looking for someone capable to hit the ground running with their payroll expertise.
Te whai wāhitanga | The opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader, Payroll the Payroll Advisor will work as part of a small team to provide a high-quality payroll advice and support to Te Puni Kōkiri. They use a range of software as part of their mahi, with the main payroll system being Pay Global.
Your will build meaning relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Recruitment, HR and Finance teams on a regular basis to ensure the information flows through at the right time. The likely appointment range is $76,785 - $85,316 based on skills and experience. The full grade for this role is $76,785 - $102,379 with a mid-point of $85,316. Salary will be pro-rated for the period of the fixed term. Mōu | About you
The Payroll Advisor has a good understanding of the legislation as it relates to payroll and processes. Strong in Excel and an experience using Pay Global is advantageous.
