En tant que responsable de la coordination des soins, vous participerez à la gestion quotidienne et au suivi des activités au sein d'un établissement pour personnes âgées - Superviser et animer une équipe de 30 équivalents temps plein pour assurer une prise en charge optimale des résidents - Coordonner les soins infirmiers en collaboration avec les médecins et les équipes médicales pour garantir le bien-être des résidents - Mettre en place et suivre les actions de formation continue pour le développement des compétences du personnel soignant - Veiller à l'application des protocoles de soins et des procédures de sécurité sanitaire au sein de l'établissement - Assurer la gestion des plannings et des ressources matérielles pour optimiser l'organisation des unités de vie protégées et de l'accueil de jour

- Contrat: CDI
- Salaire: à partir de 38000 euros /an selon profil Le candidat idéal pour ce poste d'Infirmier coordinateur (F/H) doit faire preuve de compétences en gestion d'équipe et coordination de soins.
- Expérience préalable dans un EHPAD ou établissement similaire
- Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier avec spécialisation en coordination
- Capacité avérée à encadrer et motiver une équipe de 30 ETP
- Compétence en planification et gestion des unités (UVP/PASA, Accueil de jour)
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec les résidents et leurs familles
