Boekhoudkundig Medewerker | Sint-Pieters-Leeuw | Vast Contract
Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:
• Het verwerken van aan- en verkoopfacturen
• Het boeken van banken
• Het opstellen van rapporteringen
• Het opmaken, analyseren en interpreteren van de maandelijkse cijfers
Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de trimestriële en jaarlijkse afsluitingen en ondersteun je zowel interne als externe audits door boekingen toe te lichten of te verklaren.
Naast de financiële verantwoordelijkheden neem je ook enkele administratieve en operationele taken op:
• Het bestellen van kantoormateriaal en werkmiddelen voor het salesteam
• Het opvolgen van diverse verzekeringsdossiers, zowel voor medewerkers als voor het bedrijfsgebouw
Je werkt in een rustige en gestructureerde omgeving, ideaal voor iemand die geconcentreerd, zelfstandig en zonder al te veel sociale prikkels wil werken.
Tot slot biedt deze functie mooie groeiperspectieven: we zoeken iemand met het potentieel om binnen enkele jaren zelf door te groeien naar de rol van Finance Manager.
Profiel• Je beschikt over een bachelor in boekhouding.
• Je kan een stabiele beroepservaring van enkele jaren voorleggen.
• Je werkt autonoom, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
• Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar Finance Manager.
• Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn belangrijk.
• Je functioneert goed in een rustige, gefocuste werkomgeving en hebt geen nood aan continu sociaal contact.
Aanbod• Brutoloon tussen €3300 en €4300, afhankelijk van ervaring.
• Maaltijdcheques, groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering.
• 39 urenweek van maandag tot vrijdag.
• Vast uurrooster: Ma–Do: 8u15–12u15 en 13u–17u, Vrijdag: tot 16u
• 6 ADV dagen, ingezet voor brugdagen en het collectief verlof tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar.
• Overige vakantiedagen vrij te kiezen (bij voorkeur in juli).
• Geen homeworking – je werkt uitsluitend op kantoor.
• Een stimulerende en rustige werkomgeving waar je nauw met je manager samenwerkt en ruimte krijgt voor groei.
