Personalreferent Personalentwicklung (m/w/d) - Vollzeit | München
Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Personalreferent Personalentwicklung & Ausbildungsmanagement (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Sie betreuen Nachwuchskräfte in fachlichen, organisatorischen und persönlichen Fragestellungen während ihrer Ausbildungs- oder Studienzeit
- Als Ansprechpartner führen Sie ausbildungsbegleitende Gespräche und unterstützen die individuelle Entwicklung der Nachwuchskräfte
- Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie administrative Aufgaben im Ausbildungsmanagement und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
- Sie wirken bei Auswahlverfahren sowie Einstellungsprozessen mit und begleiten diese organisatorisch
- Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung des Nachwuchskräftemanagements
Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Rechtswissenschaften, alternativ eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder Personalfachwirt (m/w/d)
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Personalreferent (m/w/d), HR Generalist (m/w/d), Ausbildungskoordinator (m/w/d) oder Referent Personalentwicklung (m/w/d) mit
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Nachwuchskräften, Auszubildenden oder dual Studierenden sowie idealerweise im Ausbildungs- oder Hochschulumfeld
- Zusätzlich sind Kenntnisse in administrativen HR-Prozessen sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen wünschenswert
- Wichtig sind Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
