Kundendienstleiter Elektro / Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)
Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Kundendienstleitung Elektro (m/w/d) am Standort Hamburg.
Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die den Kundendienst im Bereich Elektrotechnik nicht nur organisiert, sondern aktiv strukturiert, weiterentwickelt und operativ sauber steuert. Die Position verbindet technische Verantwortung, Kundenkontakt, Teamkoordination und Prozessoptimierung.

Aufgaben
- Leitung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Kundendienstbereichs Elektro
- Optimierung von Abläufen im Kundenservice
- Technische Vorbereitung, Planung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Serviceterminen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten
- Erstellung objektbezogener Wartungsverträge in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- Sicherstellung der Qualität der erbrachten Dienstleistungen
- Abstimmung mit Kunden, Bauleitung, Fachbereichen und ServicetechnikernFachliche Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen im Bereich Elektrotechnik
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, idealerweise ergänzt durch Meister, Techniker oder Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder technischem Kundendienst
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Technisches Verständnis für Service-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsprozesse
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Schwachstromtechnik wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Brandmeldeanlagen und/oder Einbruchmeldeanlagen von Vorteil
- Organisationsstärke, klare Kommunikation und verbindliches AuftretenFührerschein Klasse B
