Wir suchen Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Teammitglied unseres Fachbereichs Cloud Computing & AI am Standort Nürnberg. Werde Teil der think about IT und unterstütze uns als Senior Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer (m/w/d).
Die Tätigkeit kann ebenfalls in unseren Niederlassungen in Hamburg, Münster, Berlin, Mainz oder Bochum ausgeübt werden.
Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung intelligenter KI-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI und souveränen KI-Technologien zur produktiven und sicheren Nutzung künstlicher Intelligenz
- Entwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Assistenzlösungen mit Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate und Microsoft Graph
- Design, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von AI Agents, Wissensplattformen und intelligenten Automatisierungslösungen
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Überwachung von KI-Governance-Richtlinien unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen
- Entwicklung souveräner KI-Lösungen unter Einsatz moderner Automatisierungsplattformen und Orchestrierungstools wie n8n
- Integration von Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph und Microsoft AI Services in bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und Anwendungslandschaften
- technische Begleitung von KI-Projekten von der Anforderungsanalyse über Workshops und Proof of Concepts bis hin zum produktiven Betrieb
- Architekturverantwortung für KI-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit, Compliance und nachhaltige Betriebsmodelle
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und Projektteams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von KI- und Automatisierungsstrategien
Qualifikation
- Studium der Informatik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Copilot oder Azure AI
- gute Kenntnisse in Python, REST APIs und Microsoft Graph
- Interesse an modernen KI-Technologien und Innovation
- Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung
- Teamplayer mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Neues

- AI-102 – Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution
- AI-900 – Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
- MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- DP-600 – Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric (wünschenswert)
- PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (wünschenswert)
