(24) MÉDECIN GÉNÉRALISTE (F/H)
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Dans le cadre d'une anticipation des départs programmés et pour stabiliser les équipes médicales, nous recherchons un Médecin Généraliste (H/F) à temps complet (opportunité ouverte au temps partiel).
Missions principales
Suivi médical somatique : Vous assurez la prise en charge globale et le suivi des soins somatiques auprès des résidents du site, une charge partagée équitablement entre les secteurs sanitaire et médico-social .
Vous intervenez au sein des différents pavillons du domaine.
Vous disposez de la possibilité de réaliser des demi-journées par semaine au Centre de Santé de l'établissement pour des consultations externes, vous permettant de diversifier votre pratique tout en restant intégré au projet global.
Horaires en semaine : Présence et joignabilité sur les pavillons de 9h à 18h, du lundi au vendredi. Une grande flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ est accordée pour favoriser un excellent équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle. L'organisation garantit l'absence de sollicitation en dehors de ces plages en semaine.
Astreintes : Assurées à tour de rôle (de 18h à 21h30 en semaine, et de 9h à 21h30 le week-end). La charge est répartie entre les praticiens permanents , ce qui représente en moyenne 1 week-end d'astreinte par mois. Un système de remplacement mutuel rigoureux sécurise la gestion des congés.
Rémunération et avantages contractuels
À partir de 6 000 € brut par mois pour 1 ETP (hors astreintes).
Reprise d'ancienneté : Prise en compte à 100 %.
Valorisation des compétences : Majoration de 15 points supplémentaires par Diplôme Universitaire (DU) en lien avec l'activité.
Repos : Octroi de 18 jours de RTT par an pour un temps complet en plus des congés payés.
Logement : Possibilité de bénéficier d'un hébergement de fonction sur place selon les disponibilités (studio à 200 €/mois ou maison à 500 €/mois), le temps que vous trouviez votre logement .
Accès à des formations diplômantes . Vous êtes obligatoirement titulaire d'un Diplôme d'État de Docteur en Médecine avec une spécialisation en Médecine Générale.
Vous êtes obligatoirement inscrit ou inscriptible au Tableau de l'Ordre des Médecins en France.
