
Product and Quality Manager
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product and Quality Manager to ensure quality products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, while driving availability, cost efficiencies, and time to market optimisation.
Working closely with offshore suppliers, Australian counterparts, and internal stakeholders, you will lead product development coordination, maintain accurate product data, and champion quality outcomes across the supply chain.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong relationship-building skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to bring Belron’s values to life through positive engagement and influence across all levels of the business.
Location: NZ Support Office - (1 Carmont Place, Mt Wellington, Auckland)
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What we are looking for:
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in supply chain or quality or automotive glass industry.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify practical solutions.
- Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities, and deliver successful outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify and convey complex information.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Have a clear understanding of SME business drivers, issues and needs.
- Diploma or Trade Related Qualification to Level 5 equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience using D365 or other ERP systems preferred.
- Exposure to AI and automation tools would be an advantage.
