
Corporate Receptionist
Join ESR Group, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset manager focused on New Economy sectors, including logistics, data centres, and infrastructure and renewables.
We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Corporate Receptionist to join our Sydney office. As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium front-of-house experience and ensuring our workplace reflects ESR’s high standards.
Working onsite as part of a close-knit team, this role combines corporate reception with office coordination and meeting room hospitality, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all visitors, clients and stakeholders
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is consistently presented to a high corporate standard
- Coordinate and deliver a seamless meeting room and hospitality experience, including room readiness, catering coordination, and post-meeting reset
- Oversee visitor registration processes and maintain access protocols
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure effective utilisation of shared spaces
- Liaise with internal teams, building management, and external service providers
- Support general office operations, including mail, couriers, supplies, and facilities coordination
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across the business
- Full Australian working rights
- Completion of High School Certificate (or equivalent) is desirable
- Proven experience in a corporate front-of-house, reception, or hospitality-based role
- Strong customer service mindset with a polished and professional presentation
- Experience managing meeting rooms or delivering workplace hospitality services
- Confident handling high volumes of visitors and calls in a professional environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
- Experience using visitor management systems and meeting room booking tools
- Comfortable leveraging technology, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency
