Aufgaben
Marketingstrategie & Zielgruppenanalyse
- Du entwickelst für VAYS ride eine fundierte Marketingstrategie: Wer sind unsere Kundengruppen, welche Bedürfnisse haben sie, und wie zahlt unser Angebot gezielt darauf ein?
- Du definierst konkrete Use Cases und leitest daraus eine klare Kommunikationsstrategie ab
Content-Marketing, SEO & Markenaufbau
- Du entwickelst und produzierst Content für Website-Blog und Social Media
- Du gestaltest Materialien für unsere Kooperationspartner – von klassischen B2B-Partnern bis hin zu Kooperationen im Gesundheitsbereich (z. B. Krankenfahrten) – und unterstützt damit den Vertrieb
Performance-Marketing & Recruiting-Marketing
- Du planst, schaltest und optimierst Werbekampagnen – jeweils auf Basis der definierten Zielgruppen und mit klarem Blick auf die Ergebnisse
- Du wertest laufend aus, was wirkt – organisch wie bezahlt – und schärfst Strategie und Umsetzung entsprechend nach
Qualifikation
- Sprache: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) – du kommunizierst sicher mit Kooperationspartnern, Bewerbern und im Team
- KI-Tools: Sicherer, routinierter Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude (Recherche, Texterstellung, Strategiearbeit) – du nutzt sie nicht nur zum Ausprobieren, sondern als festen Bestandteil deines Arbeitsalltags
- Design & Content: Erfahrung mit Canva oder vergleichbaren Tools zur Erstellung von Werbematerialien, Social-Media-Content und Grafiken
- Ads & Kampagnen: Erfahrung mit Google Ads Manager (oder vergleichbaren Plattformen) von Vorteil
- Projektmanagement: Erfahrung mit Tools wie Asana oder vergleichbaren Systemen zur strukturierten Aufgaben- und Prozessdokumentation von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denken: Fähigkeit, Zielgruppen, Daten und Kampagnenergebnisse strukturiert zu analysieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Selbstständigkeit: Eigenverantwortliche, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise – du bringst eigene Lösungsansätze mit, statt auf Anweisungen zu warten
